Thyrsa M. Gravely

Thyrsa M. Gravely is Senior Manager of IT Services Business Operations with Deloitte. In this role, she is responsible for:

• leading strategic IT operations' initiatives to drive improvements in overall operational and financial performance,
• shaping and executing operational strategy,
• developing and implementing a quality intern program,
• overseeing the learning and training strategy of the IT division, and
• coordinating pro bono services.

Gravely is a seasoned strategic management professional with a hybrid combination of consulting, operations, finance, sales, marketing and project management experience. Prior the joining Deloitte, she was Pro Business Operations Manager at The Home Depot. One of her many accomplishments in this position was the design and roll-out of a loyalty program and website which generated $1 billion in sales.

Gravely holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Howard University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance & Marketing from Clark Atlanta University.
