Since their introduction, social network sites such as MYSpace, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc have attracted millions of users. Many of these users have integrated these sites into their daily practices. While the key technological features are fairly consistent, the cultures that they support and that emerge around social networks are quite varied.

Allison Bennett is Senior Vice President, Marketing Program Activation at SunTrust Banks, Inc, headquartered in Atlanta, GA.
Allison has responsibility for select brand outreach platforms, including social media, and the recently launched lifestyle website, LiveSolid.com. Allison also has responsibility for internal marketing communication and brand advocacy programs.
Allison has been with SunTrust since 1994 and has worked within Retail Banking, Corporate Strategies, and most recently, Corporate Marketing. She is a graduate of Lehigh University with a B.A. in Economics.
Carlos Batista is a Security Solutions Officer at SunTrust Banks, Inc., based out of Atlanta, GA.
Carlos is responsible for delivering security strategy, governance, and risk management consulting services for SunTrust enterprise initiatives, including service-oriented architecture, payment systems security, social media, and regulatory compliance. Carlos also serves as the Information Security Officer for the Wealth & Investment Management line of business.
Carlos joined SunTrust in 2008, and prior to joining SunTrust, served as the Information Security Manager for a large international law firm. Carlos holds the CISM, CISSP, MCSE, and CPISM certifications and holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Georgia State University.
