Efrain Irizarry is Group Vice President for Customer Relationship Management at Macy’s Systems and Technology with responsibilities for the development of Systems for the Stores, Credit and Point of Sales areas for Macy’s Inc. In this capacity he develops and implements customer and associate facing systems to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
Efrain has completed 38 years of service with Macy’s Inc. Having held several roles in Computer Operations, Field Services, Stores and Systems Development in several cities across the United States during his tenure at Macy’s.
He was born in Cuba, and immigrated to the US in 1965 at the age of 16 and originally settled in the in the Southern California area. Married for 40 years to his wife Angie Lobato Irizarry, has two grown children and three grandchildren.
